Future of Tagging: Sourcing an Enterprise Tag Management Software

I led the end-to-end vendor selection process for a firmwide tag management system, guiding the initiative from RFI and RFP to POC execution and final recommendation. This selection was critical to ensuring compliance, technical feasibility, and scalability across engineering, marketing, privacy, and leadership stakeholders.

To drive an informed decision, I:
- Executed RFI & RFP: Conducted deep-dive vendor demos, structured evaluations, and legal/privacy assessments to quantitatively differentiate four suppliers.
- Designed and led the POC: Developed real-world test cases, collaborated with engineers on system interoperability, and assessed each vendor’s capabilities against business needs.
- Compiled a comprehensive recommendation summarizing findings, risks, and pricing.

This project lays the groundwork for a multi-year, multi-million dollar implementation that will mitigate millions in potential legal risk and allow for centralization of tagging operations across the firm.
